She noted the recent decision of the European Court of Human Rights Decision of the Council of International Organization of Civil Aviation (ISAO) that Russia is responsible for the beat of the MH17 flight.
“The ECtHR and ICAO Council’s decisions are important steps to establish the truth, justice and prosecution of all those who are guilty of MH17, their relatives and loved ones in the disaster,” the EU Top Diploat.
“The European Union again calls on the Russian Federation to recognize its responsibility for this tragedy and comprehensively contribute to the efforts aimed at establishing justice,” she added.
