This attack of the Russian Federation occurred against the backdrop of discussion of security guarantees for Ukraine and the expectations of a possible meeting of Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky and Russian leader Vladimir Putin.
The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, as usual, stated that on the night of August 28, a “group blow to high-precision weapons” and drones at the enterprises of the military-industrial complex and military aircraft of Ukraine-“goals of the impact were reached, all certain objects were amazed”.
