It is about document No. 13335 “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine on the Organization of Labor Relations in Martial Status”.
The Ukrainian Council of Weapons explained that the document provides for the possibility of issuing a 45-day deferral from the moment of conclusion of an employment contract. However, no more than once a year for a particular person. During this time, the employee is in order, otherwise the cooperation stops and the booking does not continue.

The bill was registered on May 30, 2025. In the first reading, MPs supported him on September 3.
