Demchenko’s direct speech: “In this direction, the enemy periodically probed our defense using small groups that appeared on the border. Now the enemy decided to massively attack the positions of the border units, but this attempt to break through the border was repulsed.”

Details: It is noted that over the past few days, the Russian occupying forces have been making attempts to break through the positions of the “Hart” brigade, which is defending the state border of Ukraine in the Kharkiv region.
Thus, enemy infantry groups, supported by artillery and UAVs, tried to seize advanced positions and advance deep into the territory of Ukraine. Obviously, the enemy does not give up its aggressive intentions and is looking for directions where it can expand the areas of conducting active hostilities.
The border guards note that the movement and accumulation of the enemy for attacks was detected in time by aerial reconnaissance and the enemy infantry was comprehensively trained by all available means of attack.
“An attempt by the occupiers to break through the state border was blocked, the enemy was unsuccessful and retreated. So far, 21 occupiers have been destroyed in the course of the defensive battle, and 11 more have been wounded,” the DPSU summarizes.
