Russian troops again attacked an energy facility in the Odessa region, reported on March 3 in DTEK.

As the head of Odessa Ova Oleg Kiper informed, there are emergency shutdowns of electricity in part of the city.

In Odessa, as a result of the Russian attack of UAV, four people were injured on March 3.
