Ukraine is not only fighting for its security, it is fighting for all the countries of the Western world, so its international support must be strong.

US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken stated this following the results of the ministerial meeting of the Group of Seven in Italy, Ukrinform’s own correspondent reports.

“The reality is that Ukraine is fighting for us. This is not just her struggle for her security, she is fighting for us,” the US Secretary of State emphasized.

According to him, the reason why so many countries came out in support of Ukraine is that the Russian Federation’s war “is not only an aggression against Ukraine and its people, but also against the very principles at the heart of the international system, necessary for maintaining peace and stability “.

In this regard, the head of American diplomacy emphasized that the support of Ukraine from the countries of Europe and beyond should be and remain strong, “and I hope that the United States will also continue our efforts.”

Blinken remarked that he had never seen a better example of burden sharing.

He emphasized that these investments benefit all countries that make them.

As reported by Ukrinform, a meeting of foreign ministers of the Group of Seven took place in Italy on Tuesday, who expressed support for Ukraine and condemned Russia’s “irresponsible and threatening nuclear rhetoric.”
