Details: As the journalists found out, Serhiy Minko, People’s Deputy from the “Trust” parliamentary group, currently comes to parliamentary meetings in a new BMW X7, 2022. The car was purchased in the spring of 2024, and then the cost of similar cars started at $90,000. This car is not in the declaration of the people’s deputy.

And this is not the only luxurious “renovation” of the People’s Deputy. Journalists noticed that the people’s deputy is already leaving the country estate where Minka’s family lives in a 2023 Mercedes GLE 53 AMG. This car was also purchased in the spring and the cost of similar ones reaches at least 120 thousand dollars. Mercedes is also absent in the declaration of the People’s Deputy.

Both cars are registered to the company “Agrorecovery”, which belongs to the sister of the people’s elected representative, Iryna Hryshina. According to the documents, she is engaged in crop cultivation and cultivation of grain crops. The company was created in April 2024 and immediately began to register expensive cars for it.

People’s deputy from “Servant of the People” Serhii Mandziy also got into a new car. He comes to the Council in a new Toyota Land Cruiser Prado. The price tag for such is about 55 thousand dollars. The car was registered in February this year to the company “Systems for Business 2”, the owner of which, according to the documents, is Serhii Mandziy himself.

The People’s Deputy stated that he uses the new car on lease, and information about its use will be reflected in the declarations for the relevant period – in accordance with the requirements of the law.

Another “servant” – from Berdychev – Bohdan Kitsak, who, according to the declaration, does not own a single car, came to one of the last meetings of the Verkhovna Rada in a 2023 Toyota RAV 4. The cost of such a Toyota now starts at $36,000, and its owner at the beginning of 2024 was Kitsak’s 69-year-old mother, who worked at the Berdychiv Pedagogical College. According to her colleagues, the woman has not lived in Ukraine since the beginning of the full-scale invasion.

Kitsak initially told reporters that he does not have his own car and that he sometimes uses friends’ cars, but then he confessed and promised to include this car in the declaration. The deputy stated that he bought the car with money received from the sale of family real estate.

The most expensive renewal of the car fleet went to Anatoly Urbanskyi, a people’s representative from the “For the Future” parliamentary group. The brand new MERCEDES-BENZ G 63 AMG, purchased by his wife Olena Urbanska, cost the family purse 8 million hryvnias. The People’s Deputy’s wife is an entrepreneur and runs a restaurant. However, her income in 2023 was slightly more than half of the cost of the purchased car.
