The prosecutor’s office requested such a precautionary measure. The defense did not object, stating that at this stage of the pre-trial investigation, it is proportionate and sufficient to ensure obligations. During the court session, the lawyer said that her client repents and sincerely regrets what he has done.
The court chose the same preventive measure for another suspect – Dmytro Tsyganenko.
