The Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces reported that from the evening of November 27 to the morning of November 28, Russian troops attacked Ukraine with a total of 188 missiles and drones.
According to the Ukrainian military, it was possible to shoot down 76 cruise missiles, three guided air missiles and 35 attack drones launched by Russia as part of a missile-drone strike directed against Ukrainian energy facilities.
Earlier, the Ukrenergo company reported an emergency shutdown due to a Russian air attack.
Regional administrations announced strikes on energy infrastructure facilities, power and water outages, damaged houses and injured people as a result of the Russian storm.
The Russian military regularly attacks Ukrainian regions with various types of weapons – attack UAVs, rockets, anti-aircraft missiles, and anti-aircraft missiles.
The leadership of Russia denies that the Russian army during a full-scale war inflicts targeted strikes on the civilian infrastructure of the cities and villages of Ukraine, killing the civilian population and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply facilities.
Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes committed by the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are targeted.
