As a result of Russian attacks in the Dnipropetrovsk region, one person died and four others were injured, the head of the regional council, Mykola Lukashuk, said.

According to him, during the day, the enemy bombarded Nikopol region with artillery and drones – in Niikopol, four people – a 49-year-old woman and men aged 38, 57 and 82 – were injured by artillery fire.

Three apartment buildings, a supermarket, five shops, an enterprise, a cafe, a sports club, 5 cars, infrastructure and a power line were also damaged, he added.

Lukashuk reported that a 58-year-old woman was killed in a Russian drone attack in the Sinelniky district in the Pokrovsky community.

The Russian military regularly attacks Ukrainian regions with various types of weapons – attack UAVs, rockets, anti-aircraft missiles, and anti-aircraft missiles.

The leadership of Russia denies that the Russian army during a full-scale war inflicts targeted strikes on the civilian infrastructure of the cities and villages of Ukraine, killing the civilian population and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply facilities.

The Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes of the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are purposeful in nature.
