Direct speech with a head: “The second stage of the corps reform is now underway. (In the framework of which – ed.) we are redeploying brigades directly to their corps headquarters, so that the corps command exactly their set of troops.”
Details: Also, according to Syrskyi, at this stage, the building of the corps kit and scaling of units, primarily unmanned forces, is taking place; in separate corps, the battalions of the Air Force are re-formed into regiments.
In addition, as part of the second stage of the reform, according to the head of the commissar, the creation of artillery brigades as part of the corps is being completed and the technological component is being strengthened, in particular the use of ground unmanned systems for logistics and evacuation of the wounded.
Syrsky noted that this reduces the burden on personnel, and thus the losses of Ukrainian forces. He added that during the formation of the corps, more than 36,000 servicemen were transferred, who became the basis of the management bodies and parts of the corps set.
“The transition to the corps system made it possible to relieve the management system and significantly improved the control of the troops. Also, the corps reform made it possible to plan and carry out combat missions more efficiently and qualitatively,” said Sirskyi.
Another of the results of the corps reform, the headman named the increase in enemy losses.
