Details: At the same time ZN.UA informs about suspicions only to three People’s Deputies – Pyvovarov, Negulevsky and Kisel, according to Art. 368 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (acceptance of an offer, promise or receipt of an illegal benefit by an official).

As the publication writes, in addition to Article 368, the resolution also specified Articles 255 (creating, leading a criminal community or criminal organization, as well as participating in it) and 369 (offering, promising or providing an unlawful benefit to an official). It is possible that these two articles of the Criminal Code will be added during the selection of a preventive measure.
However, according to the publication, Yuriy Koryavchenkov (Yuzik) allegedly left Ukraine. UP sources in the faction denied this information. According to them, Koryavchenkov was not declared a suspect.
ZN.UA reminds that on December 11 it was reported about the wiretapping in the office of deputy “servant” Yuri Kisel, thanks to which NABU was able to record his confidential contacts not only with the former first assistant to the president Serhii Shefir, but also with numerous other high-ranking officials sensitive to Bankova. Sources of the publication said that the detectives went to the “cash window” where SN deputies received shadow payments.
As the publication writes, NABU investigated this case even when Artem Sytnyk was its director. Then the now-deceased deputy Anton Polyakov announced that party deputies were paid salaries in envelopes: $5,000 to ordinary parliamentarians, and $10,000 to $15,000 to heads and deputy heads of committees. After some time NABU kicked out the cashier of the equipment – Oleksandr Trukhin.
What preceded: On the morning of December 27, NABU and SAP reported that, as a result of an undercover operation, they exposed an organized criminal group, which included current people’s deputies of Ukraine. According to the investigation, members of the group systematically received illegal benefits for voting in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
Subsequently, the NABU stated that the employees of the State Security Department resisted the Bureau’s employees during investigative actions in the committees of the Verkhovna Rada. Later, detectives were able to enter the building of the Council’s committees.
The Department of State Security stated that its employees checked the persons whom NABU employees took as witnesses to the government quarter, and after the check they let those and others into the territory.
