In the Chernihiv region, an “important energy facility” was damaged in the Novgorod-Siversky district, the company “Chernihivoblenergo” reported.
“A number of settlements have been cut off. As soon as the security situation allows, the energy workers will begin emergency restoration work,” the message reads.
