Overall, Mizuho Securities estimates that Apple will increase total iPhone production from 88 million to 94 million devices. Thus, the reduction in the production of the iPhone Air is compensated by the increase in the production of other models.
The report also notes that the launch of the foldable iPhone could be delayed until 2027. This is due to the fact that Apple needs time to finalize the design and technical characteristics of the components, in particular the hinge.
