What preceded: On the night of December 14, drones attacked an oil depot in Uryupinsk in the Volgograd region of the Russian Federation, as well as, according to social media, an oil refinery in Russia’s Yaroslavl and Krasnodar regions and a hydropower plant in the Smolensk region.
