“The military gendarmerie department in Łódź is conducting an investigation into a small UAV that fell on the territory of the 1st Air Cavalry Battalion in Lezhnytsia Velky on February 6 this year without causing any damage. At the moment, procedural actions at the scene are ongoing,” the message says.
The gendarmerie also reminded that, according to the Aviation Law, the execution of flights using an aerial object, in particular over territories and objects of military purpose, is a crime punishable by imprisonment for up to 5 years.

- This is not the first such case in Poland. In particular, the mass media reported that on January 28, a drone, which could allegedly collect secret information, fell on the territory of a military unit in Pshasnysh.
- Later, it became known that the object that fell on the territory of the unit, according to preliminary data, is a toy drone.
