On the “All-Ukrainian School Online” platform, an integrated course of the Crimean Tatar language and literature was developed for students of grades 5-6.

This was reported by the representation of the President of Ukraine in Crimea, reports Ukrinform.

It is noted that “Crimean Tatar language and literature” is an integrated course for grades 5-6, developed with the participation of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. It consists of 140 lessons that reveal the traditions, customs and literature of the Crimean Tatars, deepen knowledge about the nature of Crimea and contain poems and works about the peninsula.

“This course is really important, because not only representatives of the indigenous people should know and study the Crimean Tatar language. Thanks to this course, it is possible to expand the circle of those who use the Crimean Tatar language”, said the permanent representative of the President in Crimea, Tamila Tasheva, during the panel discussion “Successful development of the Crimean Tatar people within the borders of Ukraine”, dedicated to the launch of this course.
