“The Lybidska metro station remains closed to the entrance. The child has been handed over to emergency doctors,” the message reads.
According to KMDA, metro specialists are currently replacing and adjusting some elements of the escalator.
“These works are absolutely necessary for their safe operation,” the message states.

Earlier, the KMDA reported that the entrance to the Lybidska metro station in Kyiv was temporarily closed. On one of the escalators, the shoes of one of the passengers got into the mechanism.
