At the beginning of November, near the islands of Porquerol and Port Cross in the department of Var on the Cote d’Azur, one of the fishermen noticed and filmed a 4-meter great white shark.
A video uploaded to Facebook shows the shark swimming alongside the boat, its fin sticking out of the water. She is accompanied by several fish.

The great white shark (Carcharodon carcharias) is a species listed on the European Red List of the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) as “vulnerable”.
The French Museum of Natural History in Paris and the Phocaean Shark Research Group (GPER) have confirmed that the shark in the video is a great white.
The one seen off Port Cross is indeed a great white, I think it’s a juvenile, not juvenile but not yet mature
