The figure is a junior inspector of the Kherson pre-trial detention center, who supported the Russian invaders at the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation into Ukraine.

For this, the Russians appointed him as a guard in the torture chamber, which was set up in the pre-trial detention center building.

The suspect guarded the cells in which the Russian military imprisoned local residents en masse. Most of the victims were among the participants of the resistance movement in the southern region of Ukraine.

In addition, the person involved promoted acquaintances to join the so-called “institution of the Russian Federation”. He promised potential candidates a salary in rubles and a loyal attitude of the Russians.

After the liberation of Kherson, the perpetrator tried to avoid justice, constantly changing his place of residence.
