“An earthquake with a magnitude of 4.6 occurred on Sunday afternoon on Mount Athos in northeastern Greece,” the report said.
According to the Athens Geodynamic Institute, the epicenter of the earthquake was recorded 8 kilometers northwest of Mount Athos at a depth of 12.8 kilometers.
A few minutes later, an aftershock with a magnitude of 3.9 was also recorded.
