On Wednesday evening, November 6, an air alert was announced in Kyiv and a number of regions. Before that, an explosion was heard in Chernihiv.
The Air Force previously reported the capture of a Russian missile headed for Chernihiv. Later, Suspilne reported that there was an explosion in the city.
The head of the Chernihiv city military administration said that the air defense system is working in the city.
A target moving in the direction of Nizhyn is also reported.
