At the same time, the Viber team found out why the messenger users prefer call or message. According to the survey – most prefer calls:
- I like to call more, but sometimes forced to write-52%;
- I love chat more, but sometimes forced to call-27%;
- I call – my choice is unambiguous – 11%;
- Everything can be solved in the text – calls are inconvenient – 10%.
These results were due to an anonymous online survey, which was attended by about 36,000 people. The key age group is 34-45 years, more than 50% of respondents under 45.
