The Algerian side, in particular, called the General Directorate of Foreign Intelligence of France (DGSE) the customer of these “malicious actions”.
According to Algerian newspapers, this special service carried out a series of “operations and aggressive maneuvers directed against the institutions of the Republic of Algeria, with the clear aim of destabilizing them and causing serious damage to the country.”
