Kirill Nesterenko is a pupil of Donetsk football. Metallurg Donetsk and Syauli (Latvia) advocated the clubs.
After completing his playing career, he first worked as a coach of the youth team (U-21) of Kamyansk steel, and then became an assistant to the head coach of the team.
He also worked as a trainer in the following teams: Shakhtar (Karaganda), Caspium (ACTAU) and Levsky (Sofia).
Alexandria head coach became vacant after Ruslan Rotan left the team.
Earlier it was reported that Alexander Martyniuk and Alexander Filippov will play for other UPL clubs.
