In Kharkiv region there is a counter -pride for a counter -protein operation, as there were facts of the event in the city of Russian DRG. The head of the Kupyansk MBA Andrey Beshydin told about it on the air of the telecommunication.

“The situation is critical. The enemy presses, tries to capture, including the city of Kupyansk. The contradictory operation is underway directly in the city. Searching is going on – a large number destroyed and the Russians were captured. Our boys and girls give a decent repent, try not to give the enemy the opportunity to go to Kupyansk, ”Besedin said.

According to him, the front line is actually at a distance of less than a kilometer to the city of Kupyansk, which allows you to navigate sabotage groups.

Besedin added that as of September 18, 1740 locals remain in the community, 734 people in Kupyansk.

Also, the head of the Center for Combating Misinformation at the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Andriy Kovalenko reported on September 18, that as of now, there are no Russian forces in the Kupyansk Center, heavy fights are ongoing.

In 2022 Kupyansk and other settlements of Kharkiv region were under Russian occupation for more than half a year. In September 2022, the Ukrainian military liberated the city.
