At the meeting of the G20 ministers, among other things, he stated that in Europe, the “thoughtless expansion” of NATO has already resulted in the “Ukrainian crisis” (so the Russian Federation calls the war against Ukraine), and the end of the conflict, according to him, prevents “uncontrolled financial support and pumping of weapons Frankly the racist Kiev regime by its patrons. ”
