The Russian police have drawn up a protocol on the rapper and Z-blogger Akim Apachev for article on fine hooliganism-through graffiti with obscene swearing, which he drew in Sudzhi Kursk region. Earlier, Apachev went to the city of Sudzh Kursk region, which was under the control of the Ukrainian military for half a year. In a city that remains closed to locals, he has left anti -Ukrainian inscriptions on homes using obscene vocabulary.

According to the newspaper “7×7”, the actions of Apachev caused indignation of the residents of Sudzhi. The blogger was also criticized by the temporary acting of the governor of Kursk region Alexander Hinstein, he called it “PRIARA on the blood” and threatened to Apache with a fine. After that, the blogger apologized to the inhabitants of Kurschyna.

He is threatened with a fine of 30 to 100 thousand rubles.
