Therefore, by my order, the Main Inspection of the Ministry of Defense will immediately start work, which will check the facts stated in the article of “Ukrainian Pravda” regarding the situation in the 211th pontoon-bridge brigade of the Support Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
We will also find out why the investigation of these shameful things by the Military Service of Law and Order took so long. Society expects an explanation as to why the situation was not resolved earlier.”

Umerov also added that soon they plan to present a draft law on the Military Ombudsman, which will deal with the protection of the rights of servicemen and guarantee transparency in every similar case.
