Details: According to the agency’s preliminary data, the accused and two of his accomplices allegedly agreed on the order of several people, presumably from Russia, to carry out arson and explosions of freight transport in Germany.

The Ukrainians were supposed to “send parcels with explosive or incendiary devices from Germany to recipients in Ukraine, which would ignite during transportation,” the report says.
At the end of March, one of the defendants sent two test packages to Cologne, which, among other things, contained GPS trackers. According to the results of the investigation, the order for this was given by a man who has now been taken to Karlsruhe.
The general prosecutor arrested him in mid-May in the Swiss canton of Thurgau, from where he was taken to Germany on Tuesday – seven months later.
Two accomplices, who were also arrested in Cologne and Konstanz in May, appeared before the investigating judge of the Federal Court of Germany several months ago. Both were placed in custody.
On November 19, two Ukrainians were nominated in Poland official charges of sabotage of a terrorist nature on the railway. The men face life imprisonment.
On November 24, the National Prosecutor’s Office of Poland brought charges to a third person – Volodymyr B. – in connection with sabotage on the railway.
