The person was reported suspected under Part 3 of Art. 368 of the Criminal Code (demanding and receipt by an official of undue benefit). He is threatened with imprisonment for up to 10 years with confiscation of property.

The court chose a suspect in the form of detention with the right to make a bail of UAH 242 240.
