Among other things, the participants of the meeting aim to clarify aid priorities and reach agreements. After that, the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Spain, José Manuel Albarez, will make a speech and exchange ideas with the participants. However, the head of Spanish diplomacy will not be present at all the working tables, as this is a lower-level meeting. During the second block of discussions, the participants will try to develop a common approach to security guarantees for Ukraine and will exchange views on current discussions on this matter. Special attention is planned to be paid to the legal, political and diplomatic framework, as well as the possible contribution of the “coalition of the determined” in deterring future Russian aggression. Recently, the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyi, said that the plan of the “coalition of the determined” to end the Russian-Ukrainian war should be discussed at the end of the week at the level of advisers. On October 27, Zelenskyi said that Ukraine and European leaders would work on a plan to end the war within a week or ten days.
