Verbatim PS: “As of 7:30, air defense shot down/suppressed one ballistic missile and 81 enemy UAVs of the Shahed, “Gerbera” type and drones of other types in the north, center and east of the country. 14 strike UAVs were hit at 8 locations, as well as downed (debris) at 5 locations.”

Details: The invaders launched a rocket from the Russian city of Taganrog, and drones from the directions of the Russian cities of Primorsko-Akhtarsk and Orel, as well as from Gvardiysky, in the temporarily occupied Crimea, and TOT of Donetsk.
About 60 of all launched UAVs were precisely the Shahed strike type.
The air attack was repulsed by aviation, anti-aircraft missile forces, units of EW and unmanned systems, mobile fire groups of the Defense Forces of Ukraine.
As of the morning of January 7, the attack continues. Several Russian UAVs are in the airspace.
