“Two men died – born in 1993 and 2004. Another man, born in 1973, was injured – he was taken to the hospital. As a result of the explosion, three units of agricultural machinery were damaged,” the message reads.
The State Emergency Service reminded that if suspicious objects are discovered, they should not be approached, instead, rescuers or the police should be called.
In the spring, the State Emergency Service reported that since February 2022, 336 people, including 18 children, have died in Ukraine due to explosive objects. 825 people were injured, including 92 children. According to rescuers, about 139 thousand square kilometers (23% of the total area of Ukraine) are potentially dangerous.
In February, the Ministry of Economy reported that Ukraine’s needs for demining territories affected by the war amount to 29.8 billion dollars.
