Details: In response to a question about the probability of concluding an agreement at this stage of the negotiations, Arahamia noted that under the current pressure of the Americans, although it is greater on Ukraine than on the Russian Federation, there is a chance, but “without the participation of the Americans, there will be no chance of an agreement.”

He also added that Ukraine needs security guarantees, and it will not agree to hand over Donetsk region to the Russians. At the same time, Arakhamia called the analogue of Article 5 of NATO “weak”.

We will remind: The other day, President Volodymyr Zelenskyi emphasized that the Ukrainian authorities cannot think that the current peace process can fail.
