Services related to the DRATS and EDR registers will be unavailable in the “Diya” application until 8:00 a.m. Monday due to technical work.

Literally: “From today until 8:00 a.m. on January 20, some services will not work in the application and on the “Diya” portal. The reason is technical work to restore the infrastructure of registers, which is carried out by NAIS.”
Details: At this time, the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Organizations and the State Register of Civil Status Acts of Citizens, as well as related services on the portal and in the Diya application, will not work, namely:
- FOP registration, Diya.QR;
- Booking of employees;
- Act records;
- Winter support (children);
- Assistance to a person with a disability since childhood and children with a disability;
- Helping a person who cares for a sick child;
- Assistance in adopting a child;
- Child support for a single mother or father;
- Act records of name change;
- Birth records;
- Act records of marriage;
- Divorce records;
- Birth certificates;
- Extract about the place of residence of the child;
- Subsidy application.
In “Actions” they remind that the application does not store user data, but only displays it. Therefore, during technical works, when access to the registers is limited, services related to them are temporarily unavailable.
Prehistory:
- On December 19, Ukraine suffered the largest cyber attack on state registers in recent times. As a result of the attack carried out by Russian hackers, the operation of key systems of the Ministry of Justice was temporarily suspended.
- On December 30, the Ministry of Justice announced that three key notarial registers had resumed operations: the Unified Register of Powers of Attorney, the Inheritance Register, and the Unified Register of Special Forms of Notarial Documents.
- On January 4, DRATS became operational in the system of state registers of the Ministry of Justice: the ability to register marriages, births and other acts of civil status was restored
- On January 10, the Ministry of Justice resumed the operation of all main services of the EDR portal.
