Details: According to the coordination headquarters, on Thursday managed to return a group of defenders under 25 years of age, as well as defenders who were injured and health problems.

The vast majority of the released defenders have been kept in captivity for more than three years. Much of them were captured during the defense of Mariupol.
The specifics of today’s exchange stage – managed to return home young soldiers. The youngest defender is 24 years old and he was captured during Mariupol’s defense in April 2022, at the age of 21.

Also managed to release the National Guards guarded by the Chernobyl NPP.
The oldest defender who managed to return to his homeland is 62 years.
Among the released defenders on June 26 are officers.
In general, Ukrainians who defended the country in Donetsk, Kharkiv, Lugansk, Kherson, Kyiv and Sumy directions are returning home.

- On June 2, Ukraine and the Russian Federation agreed to return “6000 to 6000” bodies of dead soldiers on June 2. Ukrainian and Russian delegations also agreed on the exchange of “all” for all “seriously wounded and young servicemen aged 18 to 25 years.
- During June, a number of exchanges of prisoners and repatriations of the bodies of fallen Ukrainian soldiers took place.
