A man who recently got out of prison and beat the woman to death was detained in Odessa region

In the Krasnosilsk community in Odesa region detained a man who beat his wife before his death.

A 44-year-old woman died at home from injuries during a family quarrel, police reports.

The tragedy happened a few days ago in the evening in one of the villages of the community. The neighbor informed the police about the death of a woman.

Doctors who arrived at the scene stated death and sent the body for forensic examination. Previously found that the woman died of head injuries.

Law enforcement officers found out that on the eve of the couple quarreled in the yard. The man hit the woman with his hand on her head, the woman fell. The next morning he found her dead.

According to law enforcement officers, the suspect confessed to communicating with investigators.

It was also found that the person who had previously been tried for domestic violence. He served more than 2 years in prison and released only in July this year.

The man was informed of suspicion under Part 2 of Art. 121 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine is a deliberate grievous bodily harm that led to the death of the victim.

The abuser faces up to 10 years in prison. According to the court, he is behind bars.
