Law enforcement officers found out that mom with two little daughters left a friend in a dormitory. In the evening, the man went to sleep on a chair and a woman with children on the bed.
“In the morning, the girl woke up next to her husband. As it turned out, the accused at first touched the genital organs of a 6-year-old child, and then committed her sexual actions. Both the husband and the mother of the girls were consumed with alcohol that evening, so how the baby was in another room.”– the message says.
According to law enforcement officers, in view of the age, the girl did not fully understand what had happened to her, but she complained to the pain of her grandmother, who turned to the police.
The man in court did not admit his guilt. He was tried under Article 152, Article 152 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (committing a sexual character against a person under 14 years of age), which provides for restriction of liberty for a term of 8 to 15 years. The accused was taken into custody in the courtroom.
