Details: The investigation found that at the end of January 2024, a resident of Liman told the police about a conflict with a military man who had penetrated her yard, knocked on the windows and tried to get into the house.

An investigative team arrived at the call. Subsequently, law enforcement officers stopped communicating, and another outfit was sent to the scene. The police found two colleagues shot dead and a damaged car. The yard also lay the bodies of two women – pensioners and her daughters.
The offender was detained in hot pursuit.
Investigators of the DBR conducted hard work, gathered a comprehensive evidence base, with more than 20 judicial examinations.
Bureau staff found that there were periodically conflicts between the military and local residents. When the investigative team arrived, the person shot the police officers, took possession of their reporting weapons, and then killed the woman and her mother, who witnessed the crime.
The court found the serviceman guilty of illegally penetrating housing, hooliganism, the premeditated murder of law enforcement officers in the performance of their duties, the premeditated murder of two persons, the murder in order to conceal another crime, seizes and illegally storage of firearms.
According to the UE in the DBR press service, the accused pleaded fully. In addition, according to the court decision, he must pay the victim (daughter of the murdered, at the same time the grandson of the second killed) 2 million UAH for non -pecuniary damage.
