In the case of a shooting at a hotel in Kyiv, law enforcement officers notified two men of suspicion.

As reported in a telegram by the Prosecutor General’s Office, two residents of Dnipro and Vasylkov were notified of suspicion of hooliganism committed by a group of persons using firearms (parts 2, 4 of article 296 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). In addition, the resident of Vasylkov was also informed of the suspicion of premeditated murder (Part 1 of Article 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

The suspects have been detained, and the question of choosing preventive measures for them is currently being resolved.

It was previously known that one of the participants in the fight was detained, and the man who opened fire in the hotel was declared wanted.

According to the investigation, on the night of November 23, a conflict arose between two companies of men in a hotel in the Pechersk district of Kyiv, which turned into a fight. One of the participants in the conflict pulled out a gun and fired several shots, injuring the hotel guard and two men. After that, he disappeared from the scene.

One man died on the spot from a gunshot wound, his acquaintance and bodyguard were taken to the hospital.
