The accident occurred on the Stolychny highway in the Holosiiv district of the capital involving a Ford car and a Mercedes minibus. Photos from the scene released by the police show that the minibus overturned on its side.
“As a result of the accident, the driver of the passenger car died, the driver and passengers of the minibus were injured,” the police reported.
The accident was reportedly reported to the police at 12:35 p.m.
“The circumstances of the traffic accident are being established,” the message reads.
