Kyiv police, after checking a video of a drone with a Russian flag attached to it, which was circulated online, confirmed that an unidentified drone was raised in the sky in the capital.

Details: In the afternoon, netizens posted a video showing a drone with the Russian tricolor hovering in the sky over the center of Kyiv. It was as if the drone rose into the sky and fell.

Initially, the Kyiv police said that the video of a flying drone with the Russian flag in the sky over Kyiv was a fake. “Kyiv police checked the information that was spread in social networks today: it did not find its confirmation,” the message said.

Later, the law enforcement officers said that after an additional check, it was established that the unidentified drone was indeed raised in the capital.

“The details of the incident are being established,” the capital’s police said.
