Details: According to the investigation, the man was looking for customers through a closed Telegram channel, and he sent orders by mail. He was detained at the post office while receiving another batch of goods, which he planned to package and sell.

According to the prosecutor’s office, the man did not hide prohibited substances – he decorated the Christmas tree with bags of drugs.

The court chose a preventive measure for him in the form of detention. The sanction of the article provides up to 12 years of imprisonment with confiscation of property.
