A 45-year-old man, OVA, died in Kherson Oblast after being hit by a drone

In the Kherson region, a civilian was killed by the Russian military because of a blow from the drone, Alexander Proudin, Head of the Regional Military Administration, said on January 26.

“Between the villages of Giant and spilling the invaders attacked a 45-year-old man who was traveling on a bicycle. He was injured, incompatible with life, ”Proudin wrote in a telegram.

Russian military regularly from various weapons – UAVs, missiles, booths, RSSUs – attacked Ukrainian regions. In particular, the army of the Russian Federation regularly attaches the de -industrial part of the Kherson region.

The Russian leadership denies that during a full -scale war, the Russian army causes purposeful strikes in the civilian infrastructure of cities and villages of Ukraine, killing civilian populations and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply.

Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes of the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are purposeful.
