A 14-year-old child died in the Dnieper, Mykola Lukashuk, chairman of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Council, said on April 16.
According to him, the city also recorded a cough case and six suspicion of measles.
“Serious consequences can often be avoided – it is enough to make vaccinations in time,” the head of the regional council said.
According to the Ministry of Health, according to the national calendar of preventive vaccinations, children under 16 should be vaccinated from ten diseases, including diphtheria and tetanus.
