Details: The Minister recalled that last week, US President Donald Trump announced a new plan for “large -scale NATO weapons transfer” for Ukraine and promised to deliver it quickly to the battlefield.
“The United Kingdom supports this policy, we will fully participate in its successful implementation,” said the Minister of Defense of Britain.
He added that “to guarantee that Ukraine has everything necessary for self-defense, President Trump also launched a 50-day period for Putin to agree to peace or face devastating economic sanctions.”
“As members of this Contact Group on Defense of Ukraine, we have to connect to the 50-day campaign for weapons of Ukraine on the battlefield to push Putin at the negotiating table,” Gili said.
