5 special cells and colonies for extraordinary officials were created in Ukraine

In Ukraine, 5 special detention centers and colonies were prepared for the maintenance of extraordinary persons – they are remote from the war zone and have updated premises.

Details: These institutions are located in Chernivtsi, Lviv and Transcarpathian regions.

“Ukrainian Truth” has published photos of these pre -trials and colonies – they show the repaired rooms, kitchens and bathrooms, everything in light colors.

These five institutions already have more than a thousand places to detention of convicts in accordance with Ukraine’s international obligations in the field of human rights.

According to the UP, Ukraine in each case will provide guarantees that the extracted will be in these institutions.

“And a separate good news for those who are hiding in Germany and Austria. After all, representatives of these countries have already visited and inspected certain prisons and gave a positive assessment,” the investigation said.

Also, the corresponding work in another six such institutions will be completed or soon completed.

According to Ukrainian Truth, this prison reform has already had a positive effect on extradition. For 2024, 21 persons returned to Ukraine, Germany – 10, Czech Republic and Spain – 2 people. In addition, Bulgaria, Italy, Norway, Romania and Austria were returned to Ukraine for serving a sentence in Ukraine.
