Details: The report of law enforcement officers does not indicate the name of the person, but according to the UP, it is about Maxim Gritsenko, who helped the Grinkevich family to make money on fictitious supply of the army. This case has recently been brought to court. Gritsenko is currently in a pre -trial detention center.

Now the former MOU official has been informed about suspicion of carelessness and use of counterfeit documents.

According to the investigation, the suspect during 2023 concluded with a number of business entities 76 contracts for the supply for state needs of fuel and lubricants for special purpose equipment for a total amount of more than UAH 17 billion.

More than UAH 2 billion of value added tax is unreasonably in violation of the requirements of the legislation.

Such actions of the exponential state have caused significant losses.

In the course of the pre -trial investigation, the business entities reimbursed more than UAH 1.8 billion.
