In the third round of Bjorn Borg’s group, the Canadian beat the third ranked player in the world in two sets Alexander Zverev (Germany).

Alexander Zverev – Felix Auger-Alassime – 4:6, 6:7 (4:7)
Auger held his tenth face-to-face confrontation against Alexander and won his fourth victory.
Felix is playing at the ATP Finals for the second time in his career and for the first time out of the group. He will play against Carlos Alcaraz in the semi-finals.
Auger-Aliassim became the second representative of Canada to reach the semi-finals of the Finals after Milos Raonic in 2016.
